You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return your order for a full refund. We believe this gives you enough time to try our products and ensure you're completely satisfied.
We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products. All items must be in new, unopened condition in their original packaging. For hygiene and quality reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened tea products unless they arrived damaged or defective.
To initiate a return, contact us at [email protected] within 14 days of delivery. Include your order number and reason for return. We'll provide you with a return label to download and print, along with our return address and clear instructions for sending your items back to us.
Orders placed between November 1st and December 25th have an extended return window. These orders can be returned by January 9th of the following year, giving you extra time during the holiday season.
We do not offer direct product exchanges. If you need a different product, please return your original order for a refund and place a new order for the item you prefer.
Once we receive your returned items and verify their condition, we'll process your refund within 30 days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
If you receive damaged or defective products, please contact us immediately with photos of the issue. We'll provide a replacement or full refund at no cost to you, including expedited shipping if needed.
